Hello, and thank you for visiting the LDP site, producer of Virtuoso Voices.

Prior to co-founding Listener Directed Productions, Inc, I directed programming at Public Radio stations in Texas, Michigan, Louisiana and Florida. From 2000 - 2002, I was an Associate Producer at NPR, where I programmed the music heard on Performance Today.

Virtuoso Voices is an interview clip and fundraising service for classical music stations. Today's leading classical music performers, conductors and composers talk about their recordings, and classical music in general, in 15 to 35 second clips.

These topical and evergreen sound bites will enable you to bring an additional insider's perspective to the music you play on your air-shift.

We also provide stations produced fundraising messages, custom messages and straight-read spots featuring most of the performers we interview.

We're continually interviewing leading classical music performers around the country. Every month, a new collection of clips from these interviews, plus funder spots, is available on CD and here on PRX.

For more information, or to request the monthly CD, please send me an e-mail at david@listenerdirect.org.

I also have the pleasure to review and recommend some exceptional music pieces as the PRX "Music Curator." My recent recommendations are at http://www.prx.org/articles/1216.
